We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may also result in a charge to the card on file.
We reserve the right, at our discretion and based on individual circumstances, to charge or waive an applicable late-cancellation or no-show fee.
We will make a reasonable effort to send a courtesy reminder before your appointment.
However, reminders are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Clients remain responsible for remembering their appointments and complying with the cancellation policy regardless of whether a reminder is received.
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment, particularly for your first visit.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late may reduce the amount of hands-on treatment time available so that the following client's appointment can begin as scheduled.
The full scheduled service price may still apply.
