We love seeing you — but sometimes staying home is the best way to take care of yourself and everyone around you.

Please contact us to reschedule if you are experiencing an acute or potentially contagious illness, including:

Fever
Vomiting or diarrhea
Flu-like symptoms
Significant respiratory symptoms associated with a contagious illness
An active contagious skin condition or infection
Any other acute illness that could reasonably expose your therapist or other clients

Massage may also be inappropriate during certain acute illnesses, so please let us know if you're unsure whether you should keep your appointment.

Getting Sick Within the 24-Hour Cancellation Window??

We understand that you can't always predict when you're going to wake up sick.

If an unexpected acute or contagious illness develops within your 24-hour cancellation window, we may waive the applicable late-cancellation fee as a one-time illness courtesy.

After the one-time courtesy has been used, subsequent cancellations within the 24-hour window may be subject to our standard cancellation policy, including the applicable late-cancellation fee.

We reserve reasonable discretion when considering exceptional circumstances.

Please do not attend an appointment while knowingly contagious simply to avoid a cancellation fee. If you're sick, text us as soon as possible at (940) 295-6785 so we can determine the appropriate next step.
