I'm a caretaker by default. Nurturer, protector, the person who notices what you're not saying. This work is where I'm most myself.
I pay attention, and I take my clients seriously. Some sessions are an hour of quiet, focused work on the thing that's been hurting. People tell me things on my table they don't tell many people, and what's said in my room stays in my room. And some days it means telling you, kindly but plainly, that the stretch I gave you last time only works if you actually do it.
The part I love most is hearing what happens after. An athlete texting me about a new personal record. Someone telling me they're sleeping through the night again, or that they're moving more and thinking about it less. A client who took a recommendation home, actually did it, and felt the difference.
Massage isn't a luxury — it's a necessity. That's been my line since the day I graduated from massage school, and I've built the way I work around it.
Which is why there's no such thing as a basic session here. Whatever you book, you get all fourteen years of it — every technique I've trained in that fits what your body is doing that day.

I don't sell "a Swedish massage" or "a deep tissue massage." Your neck doesn't need what your calves need, and treating a whole body with one technique has never made sense to me.
So I listen to what you tell me, I pay attention to what you don't, I watch how you move — and I build the session out of whatever combination of my training fits you that day.
That includes the same person twice. A session a week after your last one won't be the same session, because you aren't the same. How you slept, how you've been moving, what you're carrying — all of it changes how your body responds. The work should change with it.
