Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved at the discretion of Therapy With China based on the circumstances surrounding the request.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

If your service was purchased or prepaid through a third-party provider, marketplace, promotional platform, or another individual, any refund request must be submitted directly to the original seller or platform through which the purchase was made.

Therapy With China cannot issue a monetary refund for funds that were not originally collected directly by our practice.

Please contact the original seller regarding its applicable refund policies and procedures.

Gift certificates are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Purchasing or receiving a gift certificate does not automatically reserve an appointment. All appointments remain subject to availability and our standard booking process.

Please contact us before purchasing a gift certificate if the recipient requires a particular date or scheduling timeframe.

Gift certificates have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
